The monthly rental rate includes heat and hot water (hydro for lights & plugs extra approximately $20-$30/mth). Parking is $25 per month per vehicle. Fridge and stove are included, mini blinds are also included. Laundry facilities on the ground floor of each building and security key or intercom access only. Hardwood flooring and tiles, no carpets. A new mini mall has been built right beside our property which includes a grocery store (Price Chopper) and we are also only minutes away from 2 grocery stores (Metro & Loblaws) are merely 5 minutes away from St. Laurent Shopping Centre and approximately 15 minutes away from downtown. The #14 OC Transpo bus stops directly in front of our property on McArthur. We have 24 hours a day emergency maintenance service. Pets are welcome. Our rental period is a 12 month lease and first and last month rent is required. Apartment insurance is also required.
