The lease is standard: first and last month deposit, with 10 posted dated cheques.
Please note, that the apartments are small. that means, for the most part, if you have alot of furniture and/or you are downsizing from a larger unit, this place is not for you. Sizes of the units range is about 500 square feet Small, but in perfect condition with no hassles, bugs or vermits.
