Purchased this a little over a month ago, I have the CD and everything, this will upgrade your regular vista to the best vista version available, which is the ultimate. Selling because I bought it thinking that I would use many of the features but it turns out I don't need them at all. I'm not using this licence key anymore, will be upgrading to windows 7 very shortly anyways. I restored my computer back to factory and i Paid upwards of $100 for it, looking for $70 OBO.
