This will also include a guitar hero 2 wired controller and a wired 360 controller as well the av cables and power brick and 12 gb memory card. Please remember this modded 360 is banned from xbox live. The games that are included with the xbox are: Mortal kombat vs. DC universe, Star wars: The force unleashed, madden NFL 09,UFC 2009 undisputed, Guitar Hero: world tour, Lord of the Rings conquest, Crackdown, Halo Wars, Prototype, Section 8, NBA 2K9, Guitar Hero: Aerosmith, Guitar hero 3, Oblivion, Fight Night round 4, Rainbow six: vegas 2, Saints row (retail copy!), NHL 09.

Note: I have taken up a lot of the memory space with my saved games but you can obviously just delete them to get the full 12 gb space.
